Richard graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Economics and a minor in management.  He is currently completing his CPA certification.  He has been with Inouye, Shively, Longtin & Klatt for over 3 years and specializes in Homeowners Association audits.

Ping graduated from South China Normal University with a dgree in Financial Management.  She received her Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She has her CPA license and specializes in homeowners association audits.

Rahoul Punair joined the firm in 2017 as an auditor.  Rahoul graduated from UC Irvine with a dregree in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting.  His is also currently completing his CPA certification.  He comes to us with over three years experience in the homeowners association management industry and specializes in homeowners association audits.  RahoulPunair@iskcpa.com .


Full time bookkeeping position is available.  Must have a detail-oriented personality and love "to balance to the penny".  We want someone who wants to continue in the position for a long time.

QuickBooks familiarity from data entry, online downloading of transactions all the way to preparation of compiled financial statements is required.  Processing of payroll and necessary payroll tax returns.  Must be willing to answer the office phone at times with a cheery disposition.  Up to 60 hours per week during January, up to 50 hours per week from Febrary through April 15th and generally 40 hours per week the rest of the year.
