Our Firm:
Originating in the 1970’s, the founders of our firm were one of the first CPA firms in Orange County's Saddleback Valley. Kenneth K. Inouye, CPA co-acquired the firm in 1979 and Doug Shively and Mary Longtin joined him as partners at the beginning of 1990. In 2013 Jeff Klatt became partner as Mary retired. At the end of 2019, Bart McCorvey became a partner as Ken retired. The firm changed its name to Inouye, Shively, Klatt & McCorvey, CPA’s LLP to better reflect our current ownership.
